Fashion changes like the seasons, so it’s no surprise that “mirdles,” male girdles, are getting a rise in popularity. In the past few weeks, different media outlets have coverage the increase popularity of this new kind of fashion. But if one thinks about it, it all makes sense. Why spend money on weight loss products, and why spend time trying to lose that gut when one could slip on a mirdle and instantly look 20 pounds lighter. In an age when everyone wants what they want, as soon as they want it, a 3 second flat stomach is more attractive than a 3 month weight loss program.

These mirdles are not that expensive either. The Vedette Male Control Vest is priced under $60.00. That seems like a lot to pay just for an undergarment. But then again, when it comes to transforming you body, no price is too high for these instant results.

Manufacturers are reluctant to call them mirdles because most men consider them feminine. Many use names like “high-performance undergarment” to coat the fact that it actually is a male girdle. There is something new on the market for men that will give the appearance of a flatter tummy, Stronger “V” shaped core and fuller chest. It is a Male COntrol Vest designed to give men a leaner, trimmer look. Made from a blend of Nylon, Latex, Cotton and Spandex, this Control Vest is designed like a tight wearing tank top so, guys do not worry it is not the old fashioned girdle women use. This male shapewear is made in Colombia and has already been worn by men around the world.

Of course men will have to get used to this new girdle. It will be something new and exiting and maybe a girlfriend or a wife will buy it for their significant other. There are also already talks about developing control pants for man. Now men can get the same slimming and trimming benefits that women have enjoyed for years. It might take a little getting used to, but in the end it will be something that helps men to achieve the slim and trim flat tummy they always dreamed about. But just haven’t been able to achieve in the gym.
